Go3 works not as expected? Having trouble playing content? Does not work at all?

Not added device in partner side – if you purchased android set-top-box from us or our partners and internet is connected, please contact Customer support to know if your device was registered

Not using official app – if you are using android box you do not need to download application, it is already pre-installed. Please use pre-installed Go3 application in order to access content
