Can’t watch rented content

Renting a movie can be great pleasure to be one of the first to see premiers! Sadly, it can be really frustrating if you can not watch your content and that is why we kindly ask you to:

  • Please check your billing history if payment went through and you have been charged. If not – it means movie was not rented, please try again
  • Movie renting gives you access to content for 48 hours, please make sure your purchase is still valid. You can do it in your account settings view -> Plan details tab under My orders option (picture below is an example what you should be looking for)
