Watching abroad

In order to watch Go3 outside of the country you need to verify your citizenship which is easily done in Account settings window, using desktop browser. All you need to do is add local phone number and link it with your subscription.

How long does it take to verify my location?
Once you click on verify – geo-blocking in EU and EEA countries for you will be lifted. It usually takes few seconds but never longer then 10 minutes.
Why do I need to add/verify my phone number?
All of our content is legal and created/accessible for Baltic citizens. To ensure that you see your local countries content (Lithuanian content for Lithuania, Latvian content for Latvia and Estonian content for Estonians) – we need to know which content you should access.

We are not collecting any personal data which could help us identify your citizenship, so adding local phone number is only option for us to easily know that you should have permission to see content while being outside of your country.
Why can not I see Add phone option?
– You have trying to do it in mobile or TV app. Please use desktop browser to see full settings
– You have your subscription ordered via partners. Partners do not have to verify citizenship as it is already done together with your partner services
In what countries can I see content?
In all EU and EEA countries. List of countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
Can I change my phone number later?
Yes! At any time, just log in to your account using desktop browser and set new phone number.
Why can`t I watch content in the UK?
From 2021 March 15 the next-generation TV Go3 will no longer be available in the United Kingdom due to Brexit (the UK is leaving the EU and the EEA). As a service provider in the Baltics, we cannot continue to provide video streaming services in the UK under the Cross-Border Portability Directive, which no longer affects that country.

Step by step instruction how to add your phone number

1. Please navigate and select MY ACCOUNT in top row right side of the screen

2. Under Subscription tab on a right side of the screen please select Add phone number

3. In new window you will be asked to enter phone number (prefix is not needed, it is set by default to be your countries) and current subscription password for confirmation

Please click on Save button on the screen

4. You will shortly receive an SMS with temporary pin code. Please enter code from received message and click Save icon

That is it! Now you can enjoy Go3 content in any EU or EEA country!
