Making payments for Go3 is as easy as it can be! You either pay for your subscription together with your partner invoice or you have your own individual day repeating each month, or you have to pay it till 25th of on-going month (if you have a contract signed with us).

If you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account on the payment date we will inform you via e-mail and attempt two more times within 24 hours to charge for the payment.
2021 March 19th you order service.
2021 April 19th, 9:00 – first attempt to charge the payment
2021 April 19th, 18:00 – second attempt to charge the payment
2021 April 20th, 9:00 – third attempt to charge the payment
If you do not want the next payment to happen, you have to make sure that Go3 is not active anymore before the next payment cycle starts.
– If the payment was successful, the next attempt to charge will happen after one month as usual (billing day will not change)
– If the third attempt to charge a payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled at 18:00
– In case the third payment fails and your subscription is cancelled, we will inform you of this by e-mail
We will be waiting for your payment until ongoing months 25th day.
