Payments date/period

Making payments for Go3 is as easy as it can be! You either pay for your subscription together with your partner invoice or you have your own individual day repeating each month, or you have to pay it till the 25th of on-going month (if you have a contract signed with us).

To get additional information please select the method of your payments.

Partners
If you have ordered our service though our partners Home3, Bite or Tele2 – please contact their Customer support directly for invoice and payment related questions. Unfortunately we do not see any information about this topic as we respect your and your partner privacy and agreement.
Monthly Go3 subscription
Monthly payments are made automatically while your subscription is active. After one month from ordering date the next attempt to charge you will be made.

If on payment day you do not have enough available funds we will inform you via email and a pop-up on Go3 home page and attempt a few more times to charge for the payment.

If the payment is successful, the next attempt to charge will happen after one month as usual (billing day will not change).

In case a payment fails or your subscription is cancelled, we will send you an email about it. If the final attempt to charge you for the payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled at 15:00.
Contractual Go3 subscription
We do not send bills via email.
If you want to view your bill, please go to Your account via Go3 landing page: https://plan.go3.tv/billing-history.

We send information about the issued bills via email, as well as reminders for unpaid bills (if any). The email also indicates that the PDF version of your bill is available in your Go3 account.
If you have requested to receive an e-bill through the bank, the bill will be sent to your bank. The bank will use the information provided on the bill to prepare the payment. However, please note that the e-bill is not sent to the bank automatically; your involvement is required to initiate this process.
Ways you can receive payment reminders for the bill:
via email
e-bill through the bank.
