Everyone of us at some point lost something so it is totally natural to forget or loose your account as well.

Do not worry, if you feel that you do not remember your credentials (your log in, password or both) you can easily get them back.

Please contact our Customer support or your partner from which you ordered our services and we gladly will help you investigate what is your log in name.

Important: please be ready to answer some account personal questions for us to ensure you are the owner
Lost both log in and password
There is nothing that can not be un-found and we are here to help.

Do you pay for Go3 together with our partner invoices (Home3, Bite, Tele2)? – please contact their Customer support and they will gladly help you in no time

Do you see direct transactions happening to our bank account for Go3? – in this case we will need to receive from you following things in either email or livechat:
– Bank transcription with visible information about Go3 payment
– Last 4 digits of your bank card number from which payments are happening

Please send those two in any format (preferably pdf. or picture format jpg. png. or any other format) and we will find your account within 3 working days longest.

Did not receive SMS
Make sure you have entered the correct phone number associated with your Go3 account.
Did not receive Email
If you have a phone number associated with your Go3 account, the password reset code will always be sent as an SMS. Please check your phone.
Otherwise, we recommend you to check the spam and unwanted email folders. Sometimes the e-mail with the password reset info ends up there.
