Models manufactured 2016 years and later with WebOS 3.0+ software version
Models manufactured 2016 and later with Tizen 4 or newer software version.
Since the software version Tizen 2.4 is no longer supported by Samsung, the newest app versions won’t be available for Tizen 2.4. You can still watch Go3, but the newest functions will be missing from the app.
Android software powered TVs with version Android 9 +
Models manufactured 2020 and later with VIDAA 4 or newer software version.
Models manufactured since 2024 running either Titan OS or Android TV software.
Please make sure your TV has latest software version. Your TV might be able to have mentioned softwares above but it needs to be downloaded / updated. How to do it please contact your TV seller or follow instructions in your TV user manual.
Internet browsers for computers
To use Go3 on your computer, you need at least one of the latest two versions of
the Internet browser.
On October 31st, 2024, Google disabled DRM support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, so Go3 will no longer be available on those devices.
If you would like to use Go3 on a PC, please update the operation system to at
least Windows 10.
